"Connecting with Nature: Intuition and Permaculture for Parents and Children"

To foster the connection between parents and children through fun dynamics that develop intuition while introducing the basic principles of mindfulness, permaculture and respect for nature.This experiential workshop aims to provide an educational and fun space where parents and children can together explore their connection with nature, strengthen family bonds, and live in harmony with their surroundings. Can also be adapted to groups with only kids.

For Kids between 7 to 12 years old.

Duration: 3 hours.

During this workshop, parents and children will share surprising dynamics to train their intuition and develop intuitive vision, perceiving external objects with their eyes covered.

Connection Game: "The Thread of Intuition" Participants form a circle, and while answering guided questions, they pass a ball of thread, creating a weaving that symbolizes community and interconnection.

Brief share about intuition and its importance in daily decisions and relationships.

Circle of practices, Intuitive games, colors and shapes.

Parents holding the space for the children and then, vice versa.

Break for games with music.

Permaculture Activity.

Parent-child pair activities (intuition training) are carried out in a space free of distracting noises, and soft music is used to create a relaxing atmosphere. It can be in an indoor or outdoor space depending on weather conditions. The number of participants will depend on the number of facilitators. 2 facilitators for every 5 pairs.

Expected Outcomes:

Improvement in communication and emotional connection between parents and children. Development of intuition, creativity, and appreciation for the natural environment.

Awareness of the importance of permaculture and sustainable practices.
